Fall has arrived with a vengeance in the UK. We even lit a log fire last night! I always enjoy my writing more in the Fall and Winter, maybe because I just want to cosy down rather than go out or read a book in the garden. I’m sure that most authors have a ‘process’ for their writing. I always write Monday-Friday, during the hours of 9-1 every morning, come rain or shine. After I’ve had several cups of coffee, of course, and done a crossword or two! Woe betide anyone who tries to interrupt me during those 4 hours. My son, Peter, says that it usually takes 2 minutes – he’s timed me – for anything he says to process through my brain and for me to actually answer him. My answer is always “well, at least I do eventually answer you!”.
The 2nd book in the Amazon #1 #Bestselling Regency Lovers romantic suspense series, OBSESSION (Regency Lovers 2), is published today! It features Lord Alexander Stirling, the younger brother of the hero of INDECENT, and Amanda, the ward Alex conveniently forgot he had! Not so conveniently Amanda is no longer willing to be ignored and decides to pay him an unexpected visit in London.
I’m excited to announce that INDECENT (Regency Lovers 1) has now been released as a single title. This novella was previously publishing in A Regency Duo by Carole Mortimer & Angelique Armae, which has now been unpublished. There have been no changes or additions to the novella, so if you already bought the Duo you won’t need to buy this single title copy. It has a great price of $1.99/£1.35!
Bk 3 in the series, CRAVING (Regency Lovers 3), is now available for pre-order, with a publishing date of December 7th. It features the independent Miss Marchment from OBSESSION. I had to come up with an equally determined hero for this strong willed lady, and I believe Magnus Spencer, the Duke of Weston, fits that role perfectly. I hope you do too!
