  5. My ornaments. We have added new photo ornaments since my kids were born and in addition, we always buy ones significant to the year, such as places we vacationed or when the kids were little, ornaments that represented their interests. Other than a few meaningful heirlooms, our tree is 100% our life with our family.

  28. My favorite is the one my kids and hubby get me for Xmas every year. There is a kiosk at the mall that sells them. You can have your names written and the year. Last year it was hockey skates. This year was moose. They have been doing this since 2006

  29. My favorite decoration is a nativity set we bought our first Christmas after getting married 45 years ago. It is Hummel set that looks like little children. It reminds me of It's A Small World at Disney. The price was very reasonable. I would never think of buying one for the price they are today. We were at a base on Guam during the Vietnam War, my husband on a B-52 crew. They started bombing North Vietnam the day after I left and B-52's and their crews were lost daily. The set reminds me how lucky we are to be celebrating many Christmases later. There were too many families who were not so lucky.
