It seems that memorable romantic words can go straight to our hearts. These ten are just a few of my favorites. Have any quotes that you’d like to share?

Here are a few of my quotes from my Samantha Rose Series:

In my first two books of my Samantha Rose Romantic Suspense Series Sam is being seduced by three men. Because Sam is being hunted by an obsessed psychopathic killer her mother watches from above and causes the three men to fall in love with her. Her choices are men who are powerful enough to save her, and skilled enough in the realm of romance to sweep her away. But even though she has moved across the country to hide from him she finds out the terrifying truth:

Here are a few quotes from Sam’s inescapable lovers.

David, from Unforgettable
“You must let me put you in the movies. My dear, you are spectacular.”
I pointed at the bouncing round female bodies gathering at the poolside bar.
“Seems to me that you have many more—and better—options to choose from out there. I’m only a B cup and I have lots more clothes on.”
“As far as clothes, I like presents still wrapped, don’t you?” He straightened the lapel of my shirt, caressing my cheek. “Makes life much more exciting. What is your wonderful, magnificent name?”

Sam and Jack’s first kiss, from Unforgettable

I lost my balance on the soft mattress, falling.
He leaned over and looked at me, only inches from my face.
He smiled, “Well, well, well. Look what I found. How did Santa know I’d been wanting this in my bed?”
He slowly bent and kissed me. Warmth spread up and down like lightning. I wanted to hold onto that kiss and never let it slip away. The world disappeared around us and I had never wanted any man as much in my entire hungry life.
I touched his lips and he kissed my fingertips.

Fritz, Unforgettable
"Jack hates working on his lines. You should avoid him…all day and night and spend the whole time with me.”
“Oh, I see.”
“Come back to my place. I’ve fixed it up a bit…has a lovely, large bed with your name on it.”
“I saw a psychic you know.”
“I don’t want to sleep with her—she’d know all my cheap moves before I made them.” He nuzzled my neck

What some of the readers are saying about Unforgettable:

“Great story with many twists and turns. Many laugh out loud moments and sad moments. Plenty of drama and mystery, both with Sam and with an underlying story behind the scenes. A must read series.”

“With the overly zealous help of her parents who just happen to be in heaven and who seem to have gone a little "Love Dust" crazy, Sam now has not one, not two, but three love struck men, will it be Jack, Fritz, or David who walk away with Samantha's heart, corrupt cops and politicians a pycho who is trying to rip her life apart, hang on tight there are twists and turns aplenty. Be prepared for Mystery, Drama, and ANGST, ANGST AND MORE ANGST. The character building was great, you really don’t want to pass this series up.”

Jack, Uncrushable
He climbed into the hot water and moaned, grabbing me and pulling me in.
“Did you notice I am fully clothed?”
    “Yes. Do something about that.”
“We need to talk about something.” I pulled my wet clothes off and threw them on the muddy floor.
    “Okay.”
    “Kids.”
“I am generally in favor of them. I like kids. I’m not too fond of babies. They smell and they look funny. They can’t catch. They spew things on your clothes. But…” He pulled me on top of him. “I always thought we’d make babies. How about you?”
“I spent the afternoon with Rosie. She is so beautiful and funny that it just makes your heart melt.”
    He smiled.
“I think we’d better practice making them then, right?”
We practiced until the early hours.

Jack, Uncrushable
“I know you’re not a greedy woman. You like to help people, though. Therefore, I’ll give you a million dollars, to do with what you want…set up a foundation…whatever…if you move back home.” He leaned forward just inches from my face, and then he whispered, “to me, to my bed.”

David, Uncrushable

And don’t miss Isabella’s new paranormal romantic suspense novel, Incubus, the Seduction:

Francesca (Frankie) is a perfect target for the overpowering, seductive incubus named Kroft. She is smart, strong, always-in-control...until she is in his arms.

She has just purchased an old house, The Pendulum House, which has served as a portal for Kroft for nearly two centuries. And he has been waiting for centuries for a woman just like Frankie to submit to him, become his queen, and bear his children. Her only hope now is a professor, Matt Lawrence who seems to be an expert in ghosts and beasties. This incubus, however, is not like any he has heard about, for this one manipulates time, something Matt doesn’t know if he can stop.

“…yesterday I couldn’t find Jonathan. Jonathan never existed. You see, I’ve researched everywhere and he never existed."

“So, you need my help to locate someone who never existed.  Perhaps you could hire a fictional private investigator...Sherlock Holmes comes to mind...This is getting more fascinating by the moment. One of us isn't drinking enough. Please, go on."

  2. There's this quotes from Josh Lanyon's Adrien English book The Dark Tide that I love:

“Why can't you say it?" I hardened my voice. "Because I'm telling you, you never have. I'd have remembered."
He stared at me with disbelief. [...]
"Love you? Of course I love you. Baby, I fucking worship you.”

That above quote is just too swoon worthy!' ;-)

  7. I love quotes. My favourites tend to be ones that inspire me and ones that are nature based. I love this one from John Muir "the clearest way into the universe is through a forest wilderness". Trees, mountains, or water (best if it's all three) are what help to keep my soul happy. Loved reading your favourite book quotes :)

  10. “Do you know how many ways love can hit you? So it makes you happy, or miserable? It makes you sick in the belly or hurt in the heart. It makes everything brighter and sharper, or it blurs all the edges. It makes you feel like a king or a fool. Every way love can hit you, it's hit me when it comes to you”
    ― Nora Roberts, Black Hills

    “My soul will find yours.”
― Jude Deveraux, A Knight in Shining Armor

Thank you for the lovely quotes :)
