PATRICIA MCLINN--At The Heart's Command

Colonel John Griffin Jr. is the best kind of military man – a good and honorable soldier determined to protect Ellyn Sinclair at all costs. Especially from himself. Once, Grif rejected a young Ellyn’s advances, because he could not give her the life she deserved. Instead, he stood up as best man when Ellyn married. ~~~~

LORI RYAN--Everlasting

It’s been years since Katelyn Bowden set foot in Evers, Texas. Sent away at age four by her father, the town sheriff, after her mother’s murder, Katelyn returns to an ailing father and unexpected threats. When new sheriff, John Davies, realizes his mentor’s daughter might be the key to a decades-old mystery, he fears repressed memories could make her the target of a killer. As shocking revelations about local murders, past and present, slowly come to light, threats become all-too real—and only John Davies can protect the lady his heart commands him passionately to love from the peril that surrounds them both.
~~~~
NINA BRUHNS--Barely Dangerous
Lieutenant Blue Wolf Cooper and Maggie Johansen have bigger problems than their explosive, but very inconvenient attraction. Coop has no idea his pretty prime suspect is really a federally protected witness...while Maggie is afraid that bad guys far more dangerous than bear poachers have been sent to kill her. Despite their growing love, Coop and Maggie nearly fall prey to doubt and suspicion...until they bare their souls and learn to trust, so together they might face the secrets and hidden dangers confronting them, and find a lifetime of happiness.
  6. So excited to read this box set. Excellent selections of authors and books! My son is a volunteer firefighter. He not only works a full time job, volunteers to teach kids fire safety but is an EMT and training to become a paramedic. His son is 15 and is interested in a military career. Scares me...but they have to do what they love and that is protecting and serving.
  15. Heroes In Uniform sounds great! I'm looking forward to reading these books.
    My hero in uniform is not like any of the ones in your books but she is my hero none the less. My hero in uniform is a school crossing guard. She takes her job very seriously and would do
    whatever it takes to ensure the safety of the children she helps cross the road.
I tried to send a thank you from Amazon, but there was a glitch in the system that didn't provide a return email to send a thank you. Thanks, Rachael
