Memorial Day

Congratulations to "Erin", "Cynthia" and "Sophia", the winner's in Patricia's giveaway. Thank you to all who participated!

Memorial Day, the day we remember those men and women who died serving our country. We also thank all of those who served and are still serving in the armed forces and keeping our land free. I can’t thank those enough who gave their time to the wonderful country I call home.

It’s also the unofficial start for summer. The first big holiday where we get together with our families and enjoy picnics, good food and family. This year my husband and I purchased a boat, so that we can float up and down the river neighboring our campgrounds. My granddaughter, Quinn, already loves to ride. I look for the day I can take my laptop out on the water and cruise while I write more stories to bring to my readers.

This summer I have two new releases coming. One is the beginning of my foray into the paranormal with a trilogy called Sons of Sangue. Viper, the first book, is due out in a couple of months. I do hope you like the cover revealed for you today. It’s a paranormal romance, but very much with a romantic suspense flair.

Kane 'Viper' Tepes is one of the oldest living descendants of Vlad III. Vampirism is in his blood. So is being the President of the Sons of Sangue. Those who break motorcycle club rules that protect their coven are dealt swift punishment. No exceptions. Until one pretty little detective has him compromising his beliefs, and endangering his position as head of the MC.

Vampirism had Cara Brahnam turning tail and leaving behind her life in Pleasant. Now, ten years later, she's back as lead detective and wants to see the person responsible for draining the women of Lane County brought to justice, no matter what deal the gang of miscreants has struck with the sheriff. Or the fact that her number one suspect is the sole reason she fled in the first place.

Now someone has targeted Cara as the next victim and Kane must join in the hunt to find the ancient vampire that wants her dead.

**In honor of the release, I will be giving away one autographed paperback to one poster here today, as well as two eBooks of my last novel, Love You to Pieces. All you have to do is comment to this post to be entered.

Also due out this summer is a novella entitled Spirit Me Away.

Luke Braden was having the best sex of his life one moment, and the next he's stuck in his apartment as a...ghost. No one to talk with, no one that can see him. That is until Holly stumbles into his life, or there lack of. Things are about to get way more interesting.

Holly Andrews is excited to get her first place, to move beyond the walls of her parent's house and set out on her own. Nothing can dampen the spirit though, like finding out the place is haunted. And if that isn't bad enough, the hot and sexy ghost has one thing on his mind...seduction.

But no need to worry…yes, my latest releases will be a trip into the paranormal but I have no intension of leaving behind my romantic suspense roots. I still plan to write the sequel to Love You to Pieces entitled Charred Remains. Now all I need is more hours in the day to write.

Good luck in the giveaway! Please visit my on Facebook at and come join the fun! Happy Memorial Day…and thank you to those serving our country!
