I have been looking forward to this contest! I have not read any of these books but am hoping I will get to soon! How lucky am I? In life I am very lucky! God has blessed me more than I could even dream about. I would like to be lucky in the book-winning world, though, too. I have been lucky enough to meet several new authors via twitter and have read a lot of amazing books so I have been lucky in that aspect as well! Good luck to all the people I will be up against in this contest. Is that bad luck to say that?
ReplyDeleteamy at remus dot net
Wow. Love your contests. I feel so lucky. I have wonderful children (all grown .. it felt iffy when they were growing up), fantastic grandchildren. I recently quit working and am enjoying *stuff* I never even thought I would be doing. Life is good.

I am the Luckiest Woman because I found my mate 35 years ago. (It was easier to keep him because they are so hard to train.) Romance Suspense is my all time favorite genre. Would love to win any or all of the above books. You guys keep me sane.

I am so lucky in life because almost 5 years ago I was blessed with my daughter Karlee Faith...Faith, well, because I had been told my whole life I would never be able to carry a child, and yet here she was. Tiny, Healthy...and perfect with 10 fingers and 10 toes. She has been the sunshine in my life every day since the day God saw fit to give me Angel.

I'm blessed with a very loving and supportive group of close friends and extended family. I lost my grandfather 5 months ago and just lost my dad 3 weeks ago. I am SOOO lucky...just to be on this planet. Just to be blessed with a loving family, loving friends, amazing sons and husband. To be able to work, earn a living, provide for a home and food to eat. These things are taken for granted and need to be acknowledged for what they truly are. Health has been a struggle for me but, when I look at those loved ones who are no longer living, who have lost children or who are struggling more than myself, I cannot complain. I love life! I throw in my chance like all others....good luck to everyone!!

I am not irish, although we all are a little. I am the luckest woman as I have a great Husband who even does toilets, and 2 great kids that I am so proud of. When you can get to this point in life and know you have happy healthy kids who made it through their teens without getting into trouble and making something of themselves, and a marriage that is still fun, I don't need a pot of gold. Happy Life

I am lucky enough to be blessed with my 4 year old daughter. I was pregnant recently, and as fate would have it, ended up losing the baby to complications at 4 months. It was a girl. I believe that even though tragedy struck, I am still lucky to have my husband and daughter and the fact that I am alive; not everyone can say the same. I am blessed, regardless of my loss.

I am lucky to be able to spend another year with my husband and four kids. Last year I lacked one day of my kidneys completely shutting down. I had been sick for two weeks and not feeling good. On top of everything, I now have chest wall pain that no one can tell me how I got and how to cure. I have been looking for that pot of gold for a long time now. I'm lucky because no matter how difficult things have become in our lives my husband and I have always worked together and even if we differ on how we feel the outcome should be we support each other. Maybe it's the Irish in both of us or just learning over the 47 yrs. we've been married, I was a child bride lol, but we are always there for each other and we are still in love and having fun. I hope " The Luck of the Irish " stays with me but picking 10 books out of this great list will put any winner in a spin!

I am lucky and blessed with a wonderful husband of 29 years. We are fortunate to be able to work together as well as play together. The last bird has left the nest and we are "cleaning out and cleaning up" so only the two of us fill our empty nest. Don't you just love a man who washes windows and vaccuums???? I do! I couldn't be more excited or more lucky to be able to share the next phase of our lives with such a beautiful, loving and caring man.
ReplyDeleteI am lucky to be able to write and have a wonderful husband who supports that. Some day, I hope to be lucky enough to get published. I'm super lucky to have 3 grands who live less than 5 minutes away. My daughters and their great spouses like my husband and me. I really don't take that for granted. Some families are dreadfully messed up. We're blessed. What a great list of authors and their books. Impressive!
ReplyDeleteGreat Giveaway... I am lucky to have the wonderful family and friends that I do.. I have a place to lay my head each night, food to ease my hunger and clothes on my back... And wonderful books by some to the best writers in the world.. What more luck could a person want for.. Being rich would ease some burdens, but it will not bring me good health and happiness...
ReplyDeleteI'm very lucky to be married to a wonderful guy who I have loved since I was about 13 years old. Thankfully he was lucky enough to finally grow up and realize he loved me, too. Now we've been married almost 20 years and have a 17 year old son who will be graduating (hopefully) with an Honors Diploma from high school and then going on to college. It will be with the luck of the Irish if I could be lucky enough to win these wonderful books. We are truly lucky people in that so many writers are willing to donate so much of their work for others to enjoy. Thanks go to them.
ReplyDeleteI am lucky to have four wonderful children and a husband. I am lucky to have a mother, grandmother and sister who read so we can exchange books and share new authors that we discover. So if I am lucky enough to win they will win too because we share.
ReplyDeleteI am very lucky because I have the most amazing family in the world. I'm also lucky to have known a great guy who made everybody laugh, light up every room he walked into with his smile and just enjoyed life. He was killed almost 3 years ago. I'm lucky to have found this Blog. I'd be even luckier if I happened to win one of my favorite authors' books. Thanks for sharing and may the luck of the Irish bless us all. Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone-1 day early.

ReplyDeleteI believe what my father said many years ago is correct, "The harder I work, the luckier I get." I wish you all the luck that hard work brings.

As an Irish gal, I consider myself pretty lucky overall- but I'd be REALLY lucky to win this fabulous contest!
ReplyDeleteI hope I don't offend anyone with a bit of Irish humor this St Patrick's Day (since it is very true in my family):
What's the difference between an Irish wedding and an Irish funeral?
One less drinker ;)
Thanks for a great contest! Molly

I am lucky as I was diagnosed in 2006 with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma Stage 4. This year I am in my fifth year of remission. Janette908@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteHappy St. Patrick's Day! Sometimes I am lucky and sometimes I am not. An example of my luck would be winning some $ from a scratch off or winning a few books. I am lucky that I am healthy and have a happy and healthy family! Thank you for the giveaway.
